Dermot Lacey is a Labour Party Councillor for the Pembroke-Rathmines Ward on Dublin City Council. He represents Donnybrook, Sandymount, Ranelagh, Rathmines, Rathgar, Milltown, Terenure, Harold's Cross and Ballsbridge. Dermot has been a member of Dublin City Council since 1993, and lives in Beech Hill, Donnybrook.

History of Beech Hill & Beaver Row

As many of you will know, the Beech Hill estate is now more than fifty years old.  In conjunction with the local History Society, I am hoping that we might put together a short history of the area along with reminiscences from some of the longer serving residents.  If you have old photographs or old movie footage that we could copy, I would be grateful to get a loan.  Naturally, they would be returned.
