ABP Hearing: Ballsbridge Development

The An Bord Pleanála oral hearing into the proposed developments on the former sites of the Veterinary College and Jury’s Hotel in Ballsbridge begins today.

The hearing is open to the public, and will be held in the RDS.

Many local residents groups are parties to the appeal, including: Nutley Residents Association, the Pembroke Road Association, the Lansdowne and District Residents Association (LADRA), the Upper Leeson Street Area Residents Association, the Ailesbury Road Residents Association, the Sandymount Avenue Residents Association, the Angelsea Road Residents Association, Shelbourne Road Residents Group, Lyndon Court Residents Association, Ringsend Irishtown and Sandymount Environmental Group, and the Lynton Court Residents Association.

I hope to make it along myself for some part of the day.
