“The decision of An Bord Pleanala to uphold the appeal submitted by myself and others against the decision of Dublin City Council to grant planning permission for eighteen apartments at Scully’s Field Milltown is both correct and very much welcomed”, according to former Lord Mayor of Dublin, Councillor Dermot Lacey.

Motion for South East Area Committee – June meeting.
This Committee agrees in principle to give whatever support it can to the erection of a Commemorative Plaque at the City Council owned Football pitch in Beech Hill, marking the location of the playing of the first All Ireland Football Final on the 23rd April 1888.
